The Alerts application is scheduled to have maintenance on April 18th at 6PM EDT for about one hour. During this time, alerts will not be sent and will not be able to be reconfigured until maintenance is complete. Our database service provider will be performing a migration of the database underlying the Alerts application during this period. We expect that this migration will complete early, but a 1-hour ETA was provided to us. Other systems will not be affected during this maintenance window. Please open a ticket on the service desk if you have any questions or concerns about the affected systems.
